I have over 55 years experience in building operations and construction and solving building construction and operation problems. I have owned construction, engineering and Property management companies. I served as Expert Witness on major construction defect cases across the Nation. In addition I have written 15 engineering/construction books, on topics such as High Pressure Steam Systems, Building HVAC Systems, Building Electrical Systems, Elevators, Concrete problems, Air Contamination, Bio-terrorism, Building Back-up Generation and much more. Books I have written and seminars I have given around the USA, are used by major companies to train their facility engineers and maintenance staff. Close to 3500 corporations around the world use my books to train their facility people. In addition some of my books have been translated into 5 different languages..
